This privacy policy explains how we, Cosmicuss (especially owner of Cosmicuss, IE Vladimir Perekladov) (referred to here as “Cosmicuss”, “we”, “us”, “our”) process your personal information (“you”, “your”) when you use our app or other services.

At Cosmicuss your privacy comes first. For transparency, this privacy policy provides detailed information about personal data we collect (if applicable) on the App or in relation to providing you with other Cosmicuss Services and how we use it.
1. For whom is this privacy policy?
1.1. This policy applies to: App Users and App Visitors, individuals who interact with us, when chat with us, or email us.
2. Types of information we collect
2.1. Generally, “personal information”, “personal data” or similar terms refer to any information that identifies you or relates to you. However, the exact meaning of personal information may be determined by the law of the country of your residence.
2.2. Our App is not intended to collect or process the information that is considered “personal information” or “personal data '' in a way that it may be subject to identification as an individual. We may only collect or process the information from App Users that does not qualify as the “personal information” or “personal data” and will not allow us to identify you as an individual, in the following cases:
2.2.1. When you create an account with the App as a User, you provide us with the name, a date of birth, time of birth, place of birth and your gender. All these data is stored exclusively on your device, ensuring their security and confidentiality.
2.2.2. When accessing our services, your device will automatically provide unique information such as account ID, mobile device ID, internet protocol (IP) address, time zone setting.
2.2.3. Our systems may record usage data about how you navigate and engage with our services, use our features, download materials, security logs will be kept, online activity data, screen interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks) and your preferences (including country and language).
2.2.4. When you contact us, we may process the details of your request, communications, complaints, or other interaction.
3. Data accuracy
3.1. We will rely on the information provided by you as accurate, complete, and up to date, and we would be grateful if you could inform us of any changes.
4. Collecting information: purposes and necessity?
4.1. Generally, we will use your personal information to (I) provide our services and enable you to use our service features, (II) respond to your queries, (III) develop and promote our organisation and services; (IV) ensure the security and technical availability of our services; and (V) comply with the law.
4.2. Where we rely on legitimate interests as the legal basis for processing personal data, we have considered whether or not those interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights or freedoms of the individuals whose data are being processed and concluded that the processing is, on balance, fair.

5. Sharing your information
5.1. We will generally not share your information except with (I) our third party service providers and advisors who may process personal information on our behalf, (II) our analytics partners, as explained above, (III) persons or authorities where we are compelled by law, (IV) to the relevant entity in case of a merger, acquisition or collaboration, and (V) other third parties where you have provided your consent.
6. Third parties may process your information
6.1. The Service utilizes various third-party technologies, including but not limited to the Generative Pre-trained Transformer (GPT) provided by OpenAI, to offer daily horoscopes, personalized forecasts, replies to your questions, natal charts. These technologies are integrated to enhance the Service functionality and provide users with specific benefits, e.g., content generation, question answering, etc.
You should check the privacy statements of these third party providers before you use Cosmicuss as we are not responsible for how they may process your personal information.
7. How long is your information kept?
7.1. We will keep your information for as long as is necessary for the purposes listed above or longer if required by law. After the retention period, your information will be securely deleted and it may be used for analytical purposes.
8. How do we secure your information?
8.1. We maintain appropriate organizational and technological safeguards to help protect against unauthorized use, access to or accidental loss, alteration or destruction of your information we hold. We also seek to ensure our third-party service providers do the same.
We will endeavour to use the least amount of your information as is required for each purpose.
9. Where is your information processed?
9.1. We may transfer your information to our suppliers and other third parties in countries different to your country of residence. In addition, data may be transferred to our processors in third countries or subcontractors of our processors in third countries.
10. Your privacy rights
We are committed to providing you with vast privacy rights in respect to your personal data.
- Right to deletion. You can demand that we delete your data collected by us.
- Right to opt out. You can ask us to stop processing your data, either generally or for specific purposes. However, please keep in mind that we only collect and process data that does not constitute personal data and is strictly necessary for us to perform our services and deliver our products. Hence, it is highly likely that we will not be able to perform our services after you withdraw your consent to our processing of your data.
- Right to access. You have the right to request information about what data we have about you, to access all your data and to receive a copy of it in a structured and portable form.
- Right to be informed. If at some point we decide to collect you personal data we shall inform you about the categories of personal data to be collected and processed, about the purpose of such collection and processing, about your rights, including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, about the period of data retention, and include our contact details in the privacy policy.
- Right to complain. Subject to applicable laws, you may have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority about any of our activities that you deem are not compliant with the law.
- Right to correct personal data. If you believe that your personal data is inaccurate, you have the right to contact us and ask us to correct that data.

12.1. If we make any changes to our policy you will be able to see them on this page. You should regularly check for updates, as indicated by the “Last updated” date at the top.
If you do not agree with the changes, please do not continue to use our app or services. Of course, if any such changes significantly affect you, we will ask for your prior consent where we are required to do so by law.
